360 Creatives’ Fashion Acceleration Program is an annual event that provides training and support for 10 selected up-and-coming fashion entrepreneurs from Africa. The creative entrepreneurs receive comprehensive tutoring and guidance on how to grow their brands and businesses. The goal of the program is to help fashion designers/entrepreneurs establish themselves in the competitive world of fashion.

Our Fashion Acceleration Program took a unique approach this year as we partnered with Naledi Dream Center, Frizzo/Endelea, Shule Direct, Sanaabiz Investments Limited, Hevafund, British Council, and European Union to incubate and tutor 10 emerging fashion designers in East Africa. Powered by Culture and Development East Africa (CDEA), the program took place in Tanzania and was graced by the presence of our MD Blessing Ebere Achu and production manager Wande Adebayo, who provided in-depth tutoring to selected fashion entrepreneurs from East Africa.

It was a great opportunity for creative minds to come together and collaborate, share and learn new and old skills. We learned a lot from other facilitators and participants who were present at the seminar and were very happy to be able to share our experience with the wonderful fashion designers. They were shown the necessary steps in garment production, building a brand, engaging and being part of a community, business operations, and how to create more value.

Calling out African fashion entrepreneurs, emerging designers, and fashion enthusiasts who wish to take their brand to the next level. We are heavily committed to building a fashion ecosystem around Africa for emerging entrepreneurs/fashion designers. look out for the next country we are taking our Acceleration program to next year.
